Start your day like a champion with our early morning Rise and Grind sessions—held Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7:30 AM. Designed for competitive, coed players ages 12–18, these high-intensity training sessions focus on technical sharpness, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. Led by expert coaches, Rise and Grind pushes players to embrace the grind, set the tone for their day, and stay ahead of the competition. If you’re serious about leveling up, it starts here—before the rest of the world is even awake.
